MinteeGrid doesn’t have a data-monetization business hiding behind it — we sell tokens for generating worksheets, and this page describes exactly what that requires us to know about you.

Who we are

The data controller for the information described on this page is Andrii Doloh, sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó), registration number 62642631, tax number 92259175-1-28, registered at Győzelem utca 91, 9012 Győr, Hungary — the same entity named on the Terms of Service page, trading as MinteeGrid.

The short version

We store your email (from Google sign-in), your token balance and history, the worksheets you’ve generated, and — if you paid — a subscription record linking you to our payment processor. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t build advertising profiles from it.

What we collect

  • Account info: the name and email address Google shares when you sign in.
  • Token activity: your balance and a log of what added or spent tokens — a purchase, a generation, a manual credit.
  • Generated sheets: the settings you chose for each worksheet (difficulty, service, options) and the file itself, so you can re-download it later.
  • Subscription record: if you have a paid plan, which plan, its status, and an identifier linking you to the payment processor’s record — never your card number, which the processor holds and we never see.
  • Messages you send us: anything submitted through the contact form — your name, email, and message.
  • Newsletter opt-in: a single yes/no flag, synced to our email provider only if you turn it on.

Children

MinteeGrid is built so that children never create an account, sign in, or hand over any personal information. An adult signs in, picks a generator, and prints or shares the sheet — the child only ever sees paper. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.

Who else sees it

We use a small set of processors to run the service, and each one only sees the slice of data it needs to do its job:

  • Google for sign-in — Google authenticates you; we receive your name and email, not your password.
  • Supabase to host our database and files — where the account, token, and worksheet data above actually lives.
  • Hetzner for the server that runs the site and builds your worksheets — a machine we rent in Ashburn, Virginia, in the United States. A finished sheet is stored there only long enough for you to download it, and is deleted automatically within a day.
  • Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, for anything involving money — they hold your payment details, not us.
  • Sentry for error reports. When something breaks we record what went wrong, which can include the account id it happened to — never your name, your email, or anything you generated.
  • Resend to deliver emails — worksheet deliveries, receipts, and the newsletter, only if you’ve opted in.

Sheets you explicitly share to Facebook or Pinterest are uploaded to a public link at the moment you click share — that one action is the only time anything you generate becomes publicly accessible.

International transfers

We’re based in Hungary, in the EU. Our processors — Google, Supabase, our payment processor, and Resend — run infrastructure in multiple countries, so your data may be stored or processed outside the EU/EEA. Each of them maintains their own safeguards for this (standard contractual clauses or equivalent). The one machine we rent ourselves is in the United States, chosen because that is where most of the people using MinteeGrid are.

Cookies & local storage

We use a cookie to keep you signed in and a browser localStorage entry to remember whether you prefer light or dark mode. We run no advertising or analytics cookies at all. Neither is used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Both are strictly necessary for the site to work, which is why the notice you see on your first visit is a plain acknowledgment rather than a set of toggles — there’s nothing optional here to switch on or off.

How long we keep it

We keep account and worksheet data for as long as your account exists, so your history and balance stay intact between visits. Contact form messages are kept as a record of the conversation. Delete your account (see below) and we delete the data tied to it, aside from what we’re legally required to retain — for example, payment records for tax purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of these rights over the data described above. Write to us on the contact page for any of them:

  • Access — get a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Correction — fix anything that’s wrong or out of date.
  • Deletion — close your account and have the data tied to it removed, aside from what we’re legally required to retain.
  • Objection / opt-out — turn off the newsletter, or object to a use of your data you’re not comfortable with.
  • Portability — get your data in a format you can take elsewhere.

We’ll handle any of these by hand — the operation is small enough that this is a person reading your email, not a ticket queue.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and try to let signed-in users know directly for anything significant.

Contact

Any question about your data goes to the same inbox as everything else — the contact page.
