Terms of Service
Last updated 3 August 2026
MinteeGrid is a small, self-funded project, not a law firm, so these terms are written the way we’d actually explain them to you. They cover what you’re agreeing to by using the site. Nothing here is negotiable one-on-one — if a rule doesn’t fit your situation, write to us on the contact page and we’ll figure it out.
Who we are
MinteeGrid is operated by Andrii Doloh, sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó), registration number 62642631, tax number 92259175-1-28, registered at Győzelem utca 91, 9012 Győr, Hungary — referred to as “we” or “us” throughout these terms. MinteeGrid is a brand name we trade under, not a separate company; this line is the one place on the site that says who you’re actually contracting with.
The service
MinteeGrid generates printable practice worksheets. You choose a generator, set a difficulty, and it builds a fresh PDF — new numbers and new scenes every time, not a file pulled from a library. Sheets are meant to be printed and used at home, in a classroom, or by a childcare provider.
Accounts
You sign in with Google. There’s no separate MinteeGrid password to create or lose. One account is for one person or household — sharing a login so several people draw from the same token balance is fine; reselling access to an account is not.
The account holder must be an adult (or otherwise old enough to enter a contract where you live). Worksheets are for children to use with paper and a pencil — children are never expected to create an account or sign in themselves.
Tokens & billing
Every generated sheet costs a fixed number of tokens, shown before you generate it. Tokens come from either a monthly plan (a fresh grant added on top of whatever you already had — an unused balance is never taken back at renewal) or a one-time token pack.
Payments are handled by a Merchant of Record — a third-party payment processor who is the seller of record for the transaction. Your card details go to them, not to us. Because a token is consumed the moment a sheet is generated, spent tokens aren’t refundable. An unused subscription can be canceled at any time and stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; a leftover token balance from a canceled plan is still yours to spend.
Prices and plans can change. If we change what an existing subscription costs, we’ll tell you before it renews at the new price.
Acceptable use
- Don’t automate, scrape, or bulk-download sheets outside normal generator use — the per-sheet token cost is the rate limit.
- Don’t try to break, probe, or bypass the token system, rate limits, or sign-in.
- Don’t use the generators to produce content that’s illegal, hateful, or unsafe for children, even if a generator technically lets you.
We can suspend or close an account that does any of the above. We’ll normally tell you why.
What you own
A sheet you generate is yours to print and use freely — at home, in your classroom, with your childcare group. Standard plans include a small MinteeGrid credit printed at the bottom of every sheet, and the sheet isn’t licensed for resale (as a product on Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers, or similar) as-is. If you want to resell what you make or need the credit removed, write to us on the contact page — that’s a separate licensing conversation, not something a standard plan covers.
The generators themselves, the illustrations they draw from, and the MinteeGrid name and design stay ours. Using the site doesn’t transfer any of that to you.
Changes & outages
We’re a small operation and the product is still growing — generators, pricing, and features can change, and we can’t promise the site is never down. We’ll try to give notice before anything that meaningfully affects paying customers.
Ending an account
You can stop using MinteeGrid at any time — cancel any active subscription and simply stop signing in. Write to us on the contact page if you’d like your account and its data deleted rather than left dormant.
No warranty & liability
MinteeGrid is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we don’t promise it’s error-free or uninterrupted. If something’s actually broken, tell us — that’s the fastest way it gets fixed.
To the extent the law where you live allows it, our liability to you for anything arising from these terms or your use of MinteeGrid is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the issue came up — and we’re not liable for indirect losses (like lost time or a missed deadline) that aren’t a direct result of something we did. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as for fraud.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Hungary, and any dispute that can’t be resolved by writing to us first goes through the courts there. We’d genuinely rather sort things out by email than end up in that situation — see contact.
General
A few standard clauses: if a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands. We can transfer these terms and what they cover if MinteeGrid is sold or reorganized; you can’t transfer your account to someone else. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the service — nothing said elsewhere (a sales email, a tweet) overrides them.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, try to let signed-in users know. Continuing to use MinteeGrid after a change means you accept the new terms.

Questions about any of this go to the same place as everything else — the contact page.
